We don’t like that any more than you do! If you have a specific request or an area you'd like us to look into, get it touch and we’ll see what we can do.
If the app says that spaces are unavailable, chances are they have been booked in advance or are rented out to someone paying for a monthly permit.
Parkable is built on a trusted community of parkers and hosts, which depends on everyone starting a session when they park. Please always begin a session with Parkable before parking, and only park in available spaces!
If you have already reset your password and still can't log in, try this:
- Check that you have the latest version of the app and that your device is connected to the internet.
- Make sure your username and password are correct. Passwords are case-sensitive, so when you log in, your information must be exactly right.
If you still need help, flick us an email at support@parkable.com and we'll get back to you as soon as humanly possible.
We’re sorry that this happened! You can report this problem through the Parkable app, which will redirect you to another parking space (if one is available).
To report the problem:
- Tap 'Support’ in your active session or Home screen
- Tap 'A vehicle is in my space'
- Enter that vehicle's registration number
- The app will send you to another space (if one is available)
This will also send a report directly to our on-the-ground enforcement team, so that they can take action immediately.
If your car is locked in a Parkable site, you can reach us for help at any time.
Please note: parking outside of available times puts you under the risk of being towed or fined. A call out fee applies for after-hours retrieval.
